Not using LinePilot any more? This is how to remove your account.

We appreciate you taking the time to install LinePilot - we're a small team so would really appreciate any feedback you have for us on your experience, please let us know at support@linepilot.co

There are two ways to disconnect LinePilot from your HubSpot account - we recommend option A.

Option A - disconnect inside LinePilot

This is the simplest way to disconnect LinePilot and lets the app know that you are no longer using it.

Simply navigate to your LinePilot dashboard, click "My Account" and choose "HubSpot" - or you can use this link to take you there.

Then you'll see your HubSpot account listed - just click the "Disconnect from HubSpot" link. If you see a button saying "Start Connecting" - this means you have no active connections to HubSpot.

Option B - disconnect in HubSpot

To disconnect an app from your HubSpot account:

  • In your HubSpot account, navigate to Data Management > Integrations.
  • Click Actions on the app you want to disconnect, then click Uninstall.
  • In the dialog box, type “uninstall” in the text field and click Uninstall.

You can find more information on the HubSpot knowledge base.

Do I need to do anything else?

If you are on a paid plan and would like to cancel your subscription, make sure you head to the Billing section to cancel there. Disconnecting HubSpot will not automatically cancel your subscription.

If you have created any Product LookUp deal properties - these won't be deleted automatically, so if you no longer need them you should go to your deal properties in HubSpot to Archive them. They will be in the group named "LinePilot".

How does uninstalling affect my data?

When you uninstall LinePilot, all the line items you have already created are unaffected, but no new line items will be added or removed.

You will no longer be able to view or edit your templates inside the LinePilot app (as we cannot access your deal properties to do this).

LinePilot does not store any customer data from your HubSpot account. Your LinePilot account and templates will remain accessible, but if you'd like these deleted you can contact the team.
